It explains our relationship with users, the basic rules for accounts and activity, and the steps we take to verify, review and process promotions, deposits and redemptals. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using any feature on the platform. By registering you accept these rules and agree to comply with them.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Use a valid email address and a strong password, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We allow one account per person or household; multiple accounts may be suspended and funds forfeited. You must not share account credentials or attempt to use another person’s account.
Eligibility requirements
To use our services you must meet the eligibility criteria stated in the registration flow. You must be at least 18 years old and located in an eligible jurisdiction. RealPrize operates as a sweepstakes-style platform using two virtual currencies - Gold Coins (GC) for entertainment and Sweeps Coins (SC) for prize redemptions. Note that RealPrize does not accept players from Canada and from certain specified jurisdictions; geolocation checks will apply at registration and during use.
Acceptable platform use
Users must not use the site for fraudulent activity, collusion, chargeback abuse, bonus abuse or any activity that unfairly impacts other users. Automated play, bots or manipulation of games is prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and to limit, suspend or close accounts where terms are breached. Any attempts to circumvent restrictions - including VPN use to bypass geoblocking - may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are governed by their specific terms which form part of these conditions. Gold Coins have no cash value and are for gameplay only. Sweeps Coins are eligible for redeemable prizes but are subject to playthrough and minimum redemption requirements; current practice requires SC playthrough before cash redemptions and minimum thresholds may apply. SC may expire after periods of inactivity - please check promotion terms for details. We may require identity verification prior to approving any promotional payout and we reserve the right to refuse or adjust bonuses where abuse or error is suspected.
Deposits and withdrawals
Purchases of Gold Coins are made using the payment methods available at checkout. Deposits are typically processed instantly; some methods may take longer. SC redemptions are reviewed and processed after approval and may require KYC documents. Typical processing for supported payout methods is within a few business days once approved. We may set minimum redemption amounts and internal limits; promotional or purchase credits may be restricted from withdrawal until conditions are met.
